From points North, East and West.
Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 15, Route 95/128 South.
Take Route 95 South to Exit 21B, Route 16 West.
At the bottom of the exit, make a right onto Route 16 West.
This is Washington Street.
Proceed on Washington Street for 1.3 miles.
Our office is on the right with a grey awning that says Home Care Assistance.
Metered street parking only. Please do not park behind our office as there is a risk your car may be towed.
From points South.
Route 95 North to Exit 21, Route 16.
At the top of the exit, carefully cross traffic and make a left onto Route 16 West.
This is Washington Street.
Proceed on Washington Street for 1.5 miles.

From local points West.
Take Route 9 East into Wellesley.
5 miles east of the Natick Mall is a sign for Route 16 Wellesley. This will be opposite the Wellesley Fire Department on Route 9 West.
Make a right at this exit and immediately start looking for metered parking.
Our office is located at the light at the end of this short block on the left – with a grey awning that says Home Care Assistance.
