Home Care Assistance of Danville serves the entire San Francisco East Bay area and Beyond! Service areas include all of Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, and Marin Counties.

Home Care Assistance of Danville is not just home care – we are advocates for seniors in the East Bay areas, providing quality services in all areas of direct care, community outreach, advocacy, quality assurance, and care management.

    

Our flat rates for both hourly and live-in service are an all-inclusive offer package.  These rates never increase even if our clients’ care needs change or increase.  In addition to the basic home care services [link to B] offered by our care providers in the activities of daily living, our Danville office is proud to provide to our valued clients free-of-charge:

• Free Consultation and Client Assessment visits. Our Care Managers will develop an individualized care plan based on the Client’s needs and situation.  We also offer a FREE in-home safety check so that we may take preventative approaches in helping avoid falls and potential injury.

• Care Management

• Progress Reports for family members

• Quality Assurance visits

• Care Binder provided in client’s home and monitored by our caregivers – To document emergency contacts, medication reminders, care notes, and duties performed

• Trusted Resource Referrals

• Nutritious Recipe ideas for all dietary types (e.g. diabetic, gluten-free, low sodium), provided to client by request but all our care providers are trained in healthy cooking methods prior to employment

• Physical Therapy and Range of Motion Exercise methods shared by care providers to the client and their family members

• 24/7 Care Manager availability for any questions, concerns, or emergencies. Our Care Managers are there to support the Client as well as the family members. You will always be able to reach YOUR Care Manager, not just an on-call staff member.

• Continuous Education Trainings for all our caregivers to provide constant up-to-date information about senior care and health research

• Specialized Reserve Program for those clients who only need care providers at an on-call basis – We manage a large roster of “reserve” caregivers specifically for this purpose to ensure quality service even with just a few hours notice
  

Our caregivers are the only healthcare professionals certified in The Balanced Care Method™ [link to BCM], a philosophy of care and an approach to living for individuals of all ages.  Here at Home Care Assistance of Danville, we believe there is never a right age, just a right way to age. 

Working in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations, fall prevention coalitions, EMS officials, eldercare professionals, and senior advocacy groups, Home Care Assistance of Danville resolves to provide the most up-to-date resources and care methods to our clients.
