Meet the Staff:
About the Owner, Isabelle La:

Originally from New Jersey, Isabelle La moved to California eager to pursue a career in medicine. Graduating with a degree from University of California, Berkeley in Public Health and Business, she worked at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, which is widely recognized for being associated with Nobel award winning scientists, performing clinical research on genetics and physics.
Isabelle soon learned that her fervor for the medical field was much more deeply rooted in direct service and patient relations. Soon thereafter, she opened the Home Care Assistance location in Danville, California in 2007, seeking to revitalize the senior care industry in the San Francisco East Bay areas. With a passion for eldercare, Isabelle wanted to bring to the East Bay a healthcare service that provided seniors with a more individualized care that would improve their quality of life. Today Home Care Assistance of Danville actively serves hundreds of seniors in the area and is the premier in-home care agency in the East Bay.
About the Direct Care Coordinator, Victoria Manto:

Vicky, originally from the Philippines, created, owned and managed a pharmaceutical trucking company back home. With years of experience working for a French pharmaceutical company, Vicky saw the absence in adequate transportation and storage methods for refrigerated vaccinations in the Philippines. She took it upon herself to design and have built an innovative approach to mobile refrigeration techniques, creating the first-ever trucking system in the country that could safely transport vaccinations. Beginning with three trucks in 1996, the company which is now family-run, actively operates twenty of these trucking systems in the country.
In 1998, Vicky married her now husband, Noel, bringing her to the United States excited to begin a new chapter of her life, bringing with her her commitment, zeal, and inventive energy for the healthcare industry with her. She began working for Pacific BioLabs in Hercules, a contract research organization and a service leader in bioscience testing, being promoted to numerous management positions throughout the ten years she was employed.
Today, Vicky is known here in the office as our “magician matchmaker.” Evaluating all areas of care needs, personality, and service goals, she connects our clients with their perfectly paired caregiver. Her number one priority is to create a lasting connection that will ensure the maximum benefit for the client and guarantees consistency in comfort and care. Vicky is responsible for all the screening, scheduling and supervision of the caregivers in our Danville office.
