Our office is owned and operated by Jeffrey Moskovitz, President and Care Manager. Jeffrey is responsible for meeting with clients and family members to provide consultation services and needs assessment; for regular communication and follow-up with clients, caregivers, family members and loved ones to ensure quality of service, client satisfaction, and client/caregiver compatibility; as well as for overseeing all of the Company’s administrative, financial and operating matters.
Desiree Hall, the Company’s Client Care Coordinator, is responsible for hiring, scheduling and supervising caregivers, as well as for ensuring quality control over the provision of care.
Home Care Assistance is located in the heart of the historic district of Doylestown Borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Company’s office hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Regardless of when you call, whether it be in the evening, during the weekend, or over a holiday, your call will ALWAYS be answered by a live person and routed accordingly.

Earlier this year, our current care provider moved and the agency she worked for could not find someone to work in this area. Seeing an ad for Home Care Assistance, I visited their web site and sent an e-mail requesting a caregiver companion for my mother. I received an immediate response and a visit from Jeffrey Moskovitz the Owner /Care Manager of the Company, which primary location is Doylestown, Bucks County. Our needs were considered and Jeffrey felt that his agency could provide the service we needed.
The individual he had in mind could not meet the days we needed due to her current care giving assignment, so Jeffrey arranged to have his office manager, Lisa Farley, an experienced caregiver come to care for my mother. When I said I could be patient while he looked rather than disrupt his office he said he made a promise and would deliver on that promise. We are fortunate as Lisa has been wonderful and Mother is thrilled to know her. Lisa takes her for rides in her wheel chair on the tow path, plays games, engages her in conversation and does all manner of nice things to make the time meaningful for my mother. Needless to say, we are delighted with the service and staff of Home Care Assistance.
